Josh is a Managing Partner at Bluejay Capital Partners, with decades of experience in operating, buying, and selling transportation and logistics companies. He serves as a board member for Pacific West Environmental and Infrastructure, BWT Logistics and MobilGrain.
Prior to co-founding Bluejay Capital, he started Bluejay Advisors, a firm focused on advising PE, family offices and business owners on strategic transactions throughout the T&L space for over 10 years. Previous to that he spent 22 years in the railroad industry working for Class I railroad CSX in the finance and operating departments and as an executive team member for short line railroad holding company RailAmerica during the Fortress Investment Group ownership period. At RailAmerica, he led strategy and was responsible for relationships with the Class I railroads, other short lines and passenger agencies as well as the Government Affairs team.
Josh holds a B.A. in Economics from the Johns Hopkins University.
He resides in Jacksonville Beach, FL but truly enjoys spending time skiing and hiking with his daughter Grace.
