Samuelsen to Speak at Association of Transportation Law Professionals’ Annual Meeting

Bluejay’s Principal James Samuelsen will be a featured speaker on the M&A panel at this year’s 93rd annual meeting of the Association of Transportation Law Professionals on June 27th in Kansas City. Samuelsen will provide an investor’s perspective on the lifecycle of an M&A deal, the role of transportation counsel in M&A transactions, deal risk and the outlook for transportation M&A. Mr. Samuelsen’s broad experience includes leading Corporate Development at a short line rail holding company and transaction advisory in the surface transportation sector. In his current role as Principal at Bluejay Capital Partners, he is focused on lower middle market buyouts of businesses in the Transportation and Logistics industry.
