Supported the development of a state-of-the-art marine terminal for the last four years. Terminal is designed for efficient and safe transfer of cargo between all modes of transportation, including the largest bulk liquid rail loading and unloading rack on the U.S. east coast.
More than 15 years of railroad in-house legal experience with North American short line and regional carriers including General Counsel for Florida East Coast Railway.
Served as General Counsel for GATX Logistics (before and after its acquisition by APL Logistics). Developed an extensive background in transportation, trucking and warehousing law prior to practicing global supply chain management law as a foreign lawyer with the 200-plus attorney firm of Ince & Co. in Paris, France.
